Becoming a member of the LaPorte Community Federal Credit Union is easy! You need only live, work or worship in LaPorte county or be related to an existing member to qualify for membership. Just visit the credit union and one of our member service representatives will be happy to help you fill out a membership card. They can also inform you of our many services that you may enjoy. A $25.00 minimum deposit into a savings account will enable you to apply for a share draft (checking) account, an ATM or debit card, on-line banking, 24 hour telephone access (EX-TELL), a Christmas or vacation club or a loan. After becoming a member, your whole family will qualify for membership. Sign up for payroll deduction or direct deposit to automatically make deposits to your savings, checking, club accounts and to begin a savings for your children into their own Kid's account.
