LaPorte Community Federal Credit Union offers a variety of loan options for our members. We want to help you get the loan that fulfills your specific needs! We also offer an array of insurance products to protect you and your loan in case of an emergency. Some of these products include: GAP Insurance to cover the difference between your insurance company settlement and the loan balance if your vehicle is totaled in an accident. Mechanical Breakdown Insurance protects you in case of any mechanical failure to your vehicle. Life and Disability Insurance will make those monthly payments if you are disabled for a short (or long) period of time or to payoff your debt in case of death. Our loan rates are based on your past credit experience, ability to repay and the collateral used to guarantee the loan.

Mortgage Loans

The credit union offers the type of mortgage that will fit you.

A First Mortgage loan is for that "dream home" or retirement home that you have been planning for. It may also be used to refinance an existing mortgage to allow you extra funds, or to improve on terms or rates.

Home Equity loans may be used for remodeling, vacations, bill consolidation or financing your child's wedding or college education. The reasons for a home equity loan are as varied as our members.
