Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)

Whether you want a Traditional IRA or a ROTH account, the credit union is the place to save. We also offer SEP IRA accounts. The credit union offers competitive rates, and our members have never lost one penny on their deposits. Dividends are compounded daily and paid into the account monthly. There is no maintenance fee at the credit union. Eligible IRA owners (59 1/2 years of age and older) may have checks issued or transfers made of either their dividends or principle. The credit union accepts Rollover or Direct transfers from your existing pension, IRA or 401k plan. You will feel secure in your future with an IRA from the LaPorte Community Federal Credit Union.

Share Certificates (CD's or Term Shares)

The credit union offers a variety of terms on our certificates with maturities ranging from 6 months to 60 months. We offer competitive rates on our certificates, which compound dividends daily and pay monthly. Minimum deposits are $1000. You may have dividends paid to you by monthly check, deposited into a designated account at the credit union or retained to compound in the certificate.
